Hair must be shampooed upon arrival. Masks are REQUIRED during appointment (I have some on hand) No shows are unacceptable you will not be able to book with me again going forward and will automatically be charged a 50% fee from total service price. If you reach 10 min late your appointment will be rescheduled and a $20 fee will be added to your next appointment. You MUST cancel your appt at least 24hrs in advance or a $25 cancellation fee will be added to next appt. If you are rescheduling an appt that required a deposit your deposit can be re-used 1 (ONE) time, after that a new deposit will be required. NO OTHER GUEST ALLOWED an exception can be made for 1 child only. PLEASE COMMUNICATE I know life just happens, so talk to me!
